Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer/business client.

Article 3 - The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer/business client.

Article 4 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer/business client of the offer and compliance with the conditions set forth therein.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

14-day cooling-off period

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons during 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep the product.

Article 6 - Return Rights for Business Clients (B2B)

Specific B2B return conditions:

  • Return period: Business clients have a 7-day right of return after receipt of the goods
  • Conditions: Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging
  • Return costs: At the expense of the business client
  • Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be charged upon return
  • Custom work: Custom-made products and services are excluded from return
  • Software/digital products: Cannot be returned after activation or download

Article 7 - The Price

For consumers: All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

For business clients (B2B): Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is stated separately in the quotation and invoice.

Article 8 - Delivery and Performance

The entrepreneur shall exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products.

The place of delivery is the address that the consumer/business client has made known to the company.

Article 9 - Payment

Important information about payment methods

Pay later via bank transfer:

  • You can pay at least 50% of the purchase amount later in accordance with legal requirements
  • If you choose bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions
  • Please note: Your website/service will ONLY be activated AFTER receipt of payment
  • Payment must be made within 14 days
  • Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours

For consumers:

For business clients (B2B):

Article 10 - Complaints Procedure

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within a reasonable time after the consumer/business client has discovered the defects, fully and clearly described.

Article 11 - Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees the soundness and quality of the delivered products.

For business clients, the statutory warranty period applies, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to products and services rest with the entrepreneur.

Article 13 - Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, the entrepreneur is not obliged to fulfill his obligations towards the client.

Article 14 - Applicable Law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
