Article 1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as:

• SBuilder.nl: The trade name of our company, registered in the Netherlands
• Client: The natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with SBuilder.nl
• Services: All services offered by SBuilder.nl, including website development, hosting, and maintenance
• Agreement: The agreement between SBuilder.nl and the client

Article 2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between SBuilder.nl and the client. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3. Quotations and Prices

• All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
• Generator websites: One-time costs from €299
• Custom websites: From €599 depending on complexity
• Hosting: €9.99 per month including SSL, backup, and one email address

Article 4. Payment

Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, the client is automatically in default, and SBuilder.nl is entitled to suspend the services.

Article 5. Delivery

• Generator websites: Online immediately after payment
• Custom websites: 3-4 weeks after assignment
• Complex projects: 6-12 weeks depending on scope

Article 6. Warranty

SBuilder.nl guarantees that the delivered services meet the agreed specifications. We offer a 30-day warranty on technical errors after delivery.

SBuilder.nl only collects data necessary for our services:

• Company information (name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number)
• Contact details (email, phone, address)
• Website analytics data (anonymized)
• Technical data for website optimization

• Invoicing and administration
• Technical support and maintenance
• Legal obligations

3. Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with:

• Hosting providers for website hosting
• Payment providers for payment processing
• Authorities when legally required

We never sell your data to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies only to consumers, not to business clients.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom websites made to your specifications
• Services that have been fully performed with your express consent
• Domain name registrations (these cannot be undone)
• Hosting services that have already been activated

Generator Websites

For generator websites, the following applies:

• 14-day cooling-off period from purchase
• Full refund if cancelled within this period
• Right of withdrawal expires after activation

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

• Not satisfied? We will adjust it at no extra cost
• Up to 2 revision rounds included
• Applies to both generator and custom websites

Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Send an email to info@sbuilder.nl
2. Include your order number and reason (optional)
3. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours
4. Refund within 14 days after confirmation
